This is subjected to the policies of the international or domestic courier’s policies.

Courier company delivery/shipping fees are not to be refunded as this is a separate entity from Dreyons Clothing and Apparel. We do not profit off of delivery/shipping fees, nor do we keep it or have access to this. Courier company deliveries are all paid in advance even if you have not yet received the item. Upon domestic delivery, it is the duty and personal responsibility of the customer to check the item before paying or accepting the item/s before the courier driver leaves as you are not forced to accept an item you did not order.

 

Free delivery areas

Orders under $100 aren’t valid for the Free delivery option / Free delivery zones / areas. This is because it’s unprofitable for us to deliver (For example) 1 Tshirt. The website ordering system has not been updated to facilitate that function so for now we have it under our shipping / delivery policy.
