  3. Absolutely no exchanges on White Items. Unless it was purchased in person (not via delivery) and can be returned/exchanged in person for inspection before the seller can give a definite answer on if it can be exchanged.

  • We may request the return of the item before issuing a refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit.
