Exchange Policy:
At Dreyons, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We require photo evidence. We offer:- Exchange for the same item (subject to availability)
- Exchange for a different item of equal value (subject to availability)

Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item different from your order, such as receiving a hoodie instead of t-shirts, contact our customer support team within 7 days. We require photo evidence. We offer:- Exchange for the correct item (subject to availability)
- Absolutely no exchanges on White Items. Unless it was purchased in person (not via delivery) and can be returned/exchanged in person for inspection before the seller can give a definite answer on if it can be exchanged.
- Courier company delivery fees are not to be refunded as this is a separate entity from Dreyons Clothing and Apparel. We do not profit off of delivery fees, nor do we keep it or have access to this. Courier company deliveries are all paid in advance even if you have not yet received the item. Upon delivery, it is the duty and personal responsibility of the customer to check the item before paying or accepting the item/s before the courier driver leaves as you are not forced to accept an item you did not order.
Please note:
- Exchange requests must be made within the specified timeframe.
- We may request the return of the item before processing the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
